Studio A: The Vocal Room
Studio A is where vocals get cut and where records get mixed. Two hundred square feet, treated, with a Mojave MA-50 on a reflection filter and a PreSonus tube channel in front of the converter. It is also the
control room for the building: when a band tracks in Studio B, the engineer sits in A and watches through a three-foot window in the wall.
Self-engineered at $20 an hour. With a recording engineer, a two-hour session is $60. Mixing and mastering runs $40 an hour with a mix engineer included.
Run Studio One or FL Studio on the house machine, or dock your own laptop and take the session files with you.

Studio B: The Live Room
Studio B is a full band room. No desk, no console taking up the floor, just a treated live space sized for a drum kit and a band around it. Eighteen inputs on a digital mixer feed a patchbay, so drums, bass, guitars, keys, and scratch vocals all land on separate tracks.

The room shares a wall with Studio A through a three-by-three window. That pairing is what makes recording here possible: the band plays in B, the engineer works from A. It's also why a tracked session in this room costs more than time in the other two; it runs the whole building,
not just one space.

Backline is included at no extra charge: drum kit, congas and hand percussion, Deagan vibraphone, Yamaha Clavinova and portable keyboard, Eden Metro bass amp, and a house acoustic

Studio C: The Podcast Room
Studio C is built for talk. Podcasts, interviews, voiceover, and voice acting, audio only or audio with video, shot on two cameras.

The ceiling is vaulted to twenty feet. In a room this size that is unusual, and it is why voices sit naturally in the space instead of sounding boxed in.

Audio only is $50 an hour. Audio and video is $100 an hour. Both prices include editing and rendering, which take roughly twice the length of the session itself. That is why an hour in Studio C is priced differently from an hour in Studio A. The room is also available as a rental at $20 an hour if you are running your own capture.
